Judith (Judy) Ann Curran, 70, of Kewanee Illinois, died on May 25, 2025 at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria Illinois. Born in Kewanee on April 8, 1955 to the late John and Ina (White) Trussen, she graduated from Kewanee High School in 1973.
Judy is survived by her son, Jonathan Parks; daughters, Jennifer (Chad) Lucas and Jeanine (Steve) Lane; sisters, Kathy (Tim) McCants and Holly Lee; brother, John Trussen; sister-in-law, Susan (late Jerry) Trussen; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her brothers Jerry and Bill Trussen and sister Joy Trussen.
Judy loved to sew, garden and tell stories. Her favorite music was Elvis and the Righteous Brothers. She was a mother and grandmother, known as Nana or Gg, loving her children and grandchildren dearly. Judy was a hugger sharing her love with everyone and was loved back by so many. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church for 23 years.
Cremation rites have been accorded and a memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, May 31 at the Calvary Baptist Church 100 North Walnut St. in Kewanee Illinois officiated by Pastor Jayson Garcia. Visitation will be heldone hour prior to the service. All are invited to a luncheon at 1 PM at Francis Park for food and fellowship. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Calvary Baptist Church. Cards can be sent from and condolences left at Illinicremation.com.
