Shatone Renee Shelton

Shatone Renee Shelton, 55, of Peoria Illinois, died on July 5, 2024 at OSF St Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Born in Peoria on January 25, 1969 to Aaron and Teri Grismore Shelton. Shatone is survived by her children Gabriell (Gabe), Whitney, Tristan, Shatyra, and Dondray; siblings Aaron and Jeannine Shelton; grandchildren Desean, Emyra, Tristan (TJ), Daniah, Emarion, Adrian (Dre), Kendo (Baby K), Gabriella (Gabby), and Gazelle. She was preceded in death by her father Aaron Shelton, stepfather Andrew Hayes, brother, Charles Shelton, and paternal grandmother Rosie Grismore.

Shatone loved reading, puzzles, attending her church-The Pillar of Truth-and spending time with her grandchildren.

Cremation rites have been accorded and a Memorial will be held at Pillar of the Truth 1001 S. Greenlawn Ave. Saturday July 13th from 3-5pm and Repass will follow right after the memorial.
